Support Terms & Conditions

Please note we are handling a large number of clients within India and outside India. We have common terms and conditions to serve better and manage customers/clients well.

  1. Technical support is provided from the delivery date only for some product/service. Technical support is for technical related issues like technical query, error, not found or technical issue. Any basic, normal function/feature not available that needs additional or customization work is not provided within Technical Support.
  2. We do not work on Sundays. Working Hours: 10AM to 7PM IST, Monday to Friday only.
  3. We cannot provide emergency/urgent support as we manage a large volume of customer queries and support.
  4. Support reply is given within 24/72 hours, or may take extra time up to 14 working days if testing/checking/debug/research is required.
  5. Support is not provided if the support plan has expired. As we work with paid developers we cannot provide support for free, but you can renew via the Additional Support Renewal page.
  6. If customization/coding work is required, please confirm with our dev team first before creating a Modification/Customization ticket. Extra cost and timing depend on team/developer availability.
  7. After website/service expiry, if not renewed within 10 days, the email will be automatically deleted by the system. We do not have a backup — it is your responsibility to download backup before expiry.

What is your support turnaround time?
We respond within 24–72 hours. Testing/debugging tasks may require additional time. Our working hours are 10AM–7PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Is support free for purchased products?
Yes, technical support is provided free for purchased products during the support period. After expiry, you can renew via our Support Plan page.
Do you provide customization support?
Customization work is not covered under standard support. Please raise a Modification/Customization ticket and our team will quote accordingly.
What if I need emergency support?
We handle a large volume of queries and cannot guarantee emergency timelines. However, critical production issues are prioritized by our team.
Do you work on weekends?
We do not work on Saturdays & Sundays. Tickets raised on weekends will be attended on the next working Monday.
