ECOMMERCE | Platform Help Guide

Select Plan & Signup


You can simply goto our platform pricing here: Platform Pricing and select plan and proceed for registration. For registration you have to give your name, email, mobile & password to register.

Store & Setting


Store & Setting: Login to Admin Panel go to System => Settings => Edit store by clicking pencil icon. Now here you can add Store Title , Desciption, Store Name, Contact Details, Store Currency, Language & more other store settings. You can reach us for a free training.

Logo: Login to Admin Panel go to System => Settings => Edit store by clicking pencil icon. Now click image, now click Store Logo and edit it then upload logo from your computer by clicking upload option. logo fit size: width:290px height: 80px

Design Customisation


Theme Panel: Customise your theme by Login to Admin Panel go to Designs => Theme Panel(Contact us for free unique custom theme)

Color: Login to Admin Panel go to Designs => Theme Panel, Now click Design options. Here you can change to your desire colour of Website body background color, Top line color, Main menu color, General color, Buttons color etc.

Header customer support number change: Login to Admin Panel go to Designs => Theme Panel, now in "header settings" click on "header" tab and scroll down to look for Header promo message field here you can change phone number

Banner:
Slider Banners: Login to Admin Panel go to Designs => SlideShow => Now Edit Slides and then Edit Slide. Under Slider Main Image / Background choose banner or upload new banner from computer Banner Size: 855px width & 392px height or upload full size image 1600px 700px
Banners: Login to Admin Panel go to Extensions => Modules => Find 'Shopme Banners > Home-Sidebar' and edit this by clicking pencil icon, now Edit image and choose new banner or upload new banner from computer.

Add Categories & Products


Categories: Login to Admin Panel go to Catalog => Categories => Here you can rename all categories by clicking pencil icon or add more categories by clicking Plus icon on top

Products: Login to Admin Panel go to Catalog => Products => Here you can edit all products by clicking pencil icon or add more products by clicking Plus icon on top

Import & Export Bulk Products: Please login to admin panel and goto SYSTEMS => Tools => Export/Import option. Now here Export/download product excel sheet by selecting products radio button and by clicking Export button. Now fill the excel sheet as per the old data and save. Upload the same excel file in Import tab and you are done.

Note:- please upload products image by file manager and place the image path in the excel sheet as per old data.

Payment Gateway & Shipping


Goto Extensions => Payments and here you can enable/disable any payment gateway of your choice, you can enable by providing gateway credentials obtained from gateway provider. You have to register with payment gateway provider to obtain payment gateway credentials.

Goto Extensions => Shipping and here you can enable/disable any shipping methods of your choice, you can enable by configuring shipping method. To enable shipping module, you have to register with shipping provider to obtain shipping credentials.

Connect Domain or SubDomain


Goto Domain & SSL from left menu within your admin panel. Now here you can see available services that requires domain connection. If you want to connect sevice with domain then click on Connect Domain button right to your service list then find the populated IP address and go to your domain control panel like godaddy if your domain registered from godaddy and update DNS A record. Once it is added now come back to ecommerce dashboard and add your domain name in Connect Domain and click on verify button. Now you should see domain is connected & a SSL certificate is installed.

If you want to connect sevice with subdomain then click on Connect SubDomain button right to your service list then choose a sub domain then add a C name record in your domain control panel with given value in subdomain connect section. Once it is added now come back to ecommerce dashboard and add your subdomain and domain in Connect SubDomain and click on verify button. Now you should see subdomain is connected & a SSL certificate is installed.

Add Own SaaS Pricing


You can add your own saas pricing to available plans on top of our pricing. On each sale we will deduct or pricing amount and your will earn rest money.

Payment Gateway


You can add your own payment gateway to SaaS system and customer will directly pay to your account. But by the way adding payment gateway is not available on all plans. Please check pricing plans.

Connect Domain or SubDomain
